Henry Ryals

Henry Ryals, Owner, Designer, & Project Manager

Henry is the founder of RDB. He is a graduate of the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute, a licensed General Contractor, and has studied for years under his father William Ryals, Architect. In his nine years of experience he has worked for commercial and residential builders in Oregon and Hawaii. In his free time he enjoys studying classical architecture and playing guitar and trumpet.

Zac Romancier, Foreman

Zac has been a core team member of RDB since the beginning. In his 5 years of construction experience he has developed impressive technical skill & leadership. His courteousness and conscientiousness is especially valued by our clients. He is an avid outdoorsman, and can be found fishing, hunting, hiking, & camping when not at work.

Elijah Garza, Carpenter

Eli has been with RDB for two years. In this time he has become indispensable; always taking pride in his work and honing his craft. His drive, persistence & meticulous work is outstanding and his humor and good cheer always bring light to the job-site.

William Ryals, Architectural Consultant

Bill has been a Registered Architect for over 40 years and over the course of his career has designed hundreds of buildings from large commercial facilities to historic preservation, and many custom homes. Since well before the founding of RDB he has mentored Henry in Construction & Design.
